Fatal Error. Can't Access Site At All on Dashboard

I see the folder in my FTP but can’t seem to figure out how to rename it. Double clicking/typical methods aren’t working if there’s any other suggestions…

I can’t figure out what my log-in is for that.

I think I’m going to have to get someone at Dreamhost to help me. I’ve emailed their support.

I don’t seem to have editing rights on FTP. I see the plug-ins folder that needs to be renamed and I think the exact plug-in folder that’s the problem. Just can’t edit or delete in any way.
