    Hi!

    Great plugin. I use WP 3.4.2 with Genesis framework and agency template v1.0. Your plugin v1.2.4 works fine. I’ve two issues and I don’t know how I can solve them. Maybe you can help.

    1. I created one newsletter. When I click on ‘Newsletter’ in menu of your plugin in admin mode, the last line shows me

    Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /wp-content/plugins/knews/admin/knews_admin_news_list.php on line 269

    I don’t know what information I’ll get if it works correctly.

    2. I use the placeholder ‘This Email is for {%name%[Customer]} {%surname%[]} but as a result I get just the surname as a result though the name field is empty. Normally I should get as a result ‘This Email is for Customer Becker’ but I get ‘This Email is for Becker’.

    I changed the fields many times but didn’t work. Any ideas?

    Your new plugin update works – thank you. I ordered your new newsletter plugin with a 50% discount at once and I’ll use it with my next sending to my customers.

    1. Question:
    Is it possible to order in your shop with a EU VAT number? This would be great because I can buy in your shop without paying any VAT because I’ve one.

    2. Question:
    I use your plugin with Mandrill plugin for WordPress. Mandrill shows me a lot of hard bounced email derliveries. Is there a way to delete these emails from my mailing list? Maybe I could upload a file to knews plugin and your plugin knows to delete these emails?

    3. Question:
    Is there a way to copy recipients from one list to another or to check/uncheck easy?

    1) Great! I’ll buy soon. Do you have new templates? Your Newsletter plugin works great.

    2) and 3) Do it so fast as you can!! It’s hard to do this by hand 🙁
