Fatal Error: cannot redeclare wp_load_image()

    I installed the latest version of WP recently. On my page there are just a few plugins, seo, related posts, google analytics, just the vital stuff. There are only three themes, the preinstalled twentythirteen and two others.I use one of them.
    Now I just fiddled round with the twentythirteen theme to find out what it could do, I uploaded a picture as a header, went through the crop routine.
    The pic wasn’t cropped but displayed totally stupid. And then I went back to dashboard (Ididn’t activate the theme) and after that the only page I can open is dashboard.

    All other pages I open sho:
    Fatal Erroro: cannot redeclare wp_load_image() in (previously declared in /htdocs/wp-includes/media.php:25) in /htdocs/wp-admin/includes/image.php on line 63

    I looked into the code, but I am not a coder. In line 63 of that given file there is nothing but a closing }

    I tried reuploading wp_includes to no avail.
    Can anyone help pls?

    All other pages I open show:

    is this in the fronted or backend?

    Are you sure your WP update completed?

    1) Disable ALL plugins
    2) swap to a different theme than the twenty-thirteen theme
    3) upload a fresh copy of the twenty thirteen theme.

    eu estava montando o site e testando os temas e colocando as fotos e me deu esse erro aqui Erro fatal : Não é possível redeclare wp_crop_image () (anteriormente declarados em /home/ecoar705/public_html/wp-admin/includes/image.php:25) em /home/ecoar705/public_html/wp-admin/includes/image.php on-line 63 que me impede de acessar o painel do wordpress como devo proceder para arrumar isso .não encontrei os ftp no cpanel da hostgator que é a hospedagem que tenho.
