Sometimes I and other users suddenly get the following error message on the page which where the shortcode is placed. Most of the time everything is working but then something happens.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ssfa_debug() (previously declared in /xxxx/x/x/xxxxxxx/wp-content/plugins/file-away/includes/file-away-debug.php:2) in /xxxx/x/x/xxxxxxx/wp-content/plugins/file-away/includes/file-away-debug.php on line 17

Have you seen this before or do you have an idea of what causes the error message?

    Thanks 🙂

I haven’t encountered that before but I’ll look into asap. Thanks for letting me know.

Do you have multiple shortcodes on the same page that have debug mode enabled when you get this error?

    Thanks for quick reply 🙂

Yes, I have multiple shortcodes on the same page with “debug on”.

Should I try to remove this?

Well debug is just a temporary thing. You don’t want to leave it on or the files will never be output to the page. But I will be providing a fix for this fatal error in the next release. Already got it updated on my local install. Stay tuned.

    Thanks 🙂

This should be fixed in version 1.8, now released. Let me know if you still have problems.
