• Hi,
I have just installed Learnpress because it perfectly meets my needs. However, it seems like it is very buggy for some reasons. Whenever I try to add a course, or edit a lesson. The Fatal Error page will show up. It seems like it is just randomly showing up when I click anything that’s related to Learnpress. It go away after I refresh or click the back button. But it does not always fix the problem. Now it is very difficult for me to even add or edit anything that is Learnpress related. If anybody know why, please reply me with a solution! Thank you in advance!

My understanding is that, maybe I have a plugin or something that is compatible with Learnpress, but I’m not sure.

And here is the error message:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class lp_background_query_items in /home/content/19/5082919/html/rapid/wp-content/plugins/learnpress/inc/background-process/class-lp-background-query-items.php on line 15

    Update!

I have found that Learnpress is conflict with NextGen Gallery Plugin. The issue is less likely to occur after I deactivate the NextGen Gallery Plugin. But it still occur time to time. Anybody knows why?

    Hi Ken,

Thanks for replying. I try to upgrade the database, then the error occurred again. And I tried a couple of times, it does not allow me to upgrade it.

    Hi rapidassess,

In this case, I will need to check your site more carefully. Can you send a request to edusupport@thimpress.com with subject “rapidassess – LearnPress Support”?
