# Fatal error: Cannot declare…

 * Hello all,
 * New to WordPress forum.
 * We had a private web designer build our work website using WordPress — [http://www.element402.com](http://www.element402.com)
 * He has been a pain to deal with, so we decided to transfer everything over to
   Godaddy to handle. Since the switch the website now pops up with this error:
 * Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_json_encode() (previously declared in /home4/
   narenweb/public_html/element402.com/wp-includes/functions.php:2846) in /home4/
   narenweb/public_html/element402.com/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/
   controller.php on line 258.
 * He told us we were hacked. We are not totally sure if their was a hack or if 
   he did not build correctly on his end from the beginning. Very remedial when 
   it comes to coding, so any help here would be great. We believe a plugin issue
   but again, not totally sure what to do to get site live again.
 * Any help on steps would be much appreciated!
