Fatal error: cannot cross parameter

I can’t find an answer, so I need help figuring out how to access my website. I was updating plugins last night, and there was evidently a problem, and today I have this error message:
Fatal error: Cannot pass parameter 2 by reference in /home/content/72/8337372/html/wp-content/plugins/netblog/core/DataTransfer.php on line 64. I’ve even tried going back in my history to a previous day when it was accessible, and I can’t get anywhere. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
