 * Just ordered Advanced Post Order from your site (Premium version $25.00). I cannot
   activate the plugin because of the following fatal error.
 * Fatal error: Cannot redeclare cpto_activated() in /nas/wp/www/cluster-2982/mlmtimes/
   wp-content/plugins/advanced-post-types-order/advanced-post-types-order.php on
   line 44
 * Some help on how to fix this please.
