Fatal Error. Cannot Access site, login, about etc

    Any time I try to access our website http://riverpark.net/ I receive:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare get_avatar_url() (previously declared in /home3/ab62967/public_html/wp-includes/link-template.php:3414) in /home3/ab62967/public_html/wp-content/themes/minimalize/framework/register_public.php on line 886

    I can access neither the site, nor the login to see what the problem is and try to fix it.

    Help please.
