It works fine, I did not reproduce this error. Try to install again, maybe is missing some files.
Thanks for the ressponse. It was the plugin table rate shipping that caused the problem and its now been resolved.

I’m having this error at the checkout page when I change the country select. Call to undefined method WC_Shipping_Zone::get_shipping_methods() in /home/worsleyinstituty/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-shipping.php on line 137. I am using table rate shipping plugin – I’ve updated woocommerce and the table rate plugin. @gambit01 did you find a fix for this?
Best bet is to contact WooCommerce, when i had this issue some months back they were helpful.
