  • Hello @ekoplanet
Could you tell me in which part of the plugin do you meet this error?
We just installed 2.1.6 version and updated to 2.2.0 version without any error, so please direct us.

    Thank you

I don’t know, in which part of the PlugIn, the error ocoured. I just wanted to update and during that process, or at the end of it, I got the error message.
Maybe the plugin is interfering with other plugins. I now installed another, lighter googlemaps plugin. No problem anymore.

    THanks anyway,
    Stefan

Dear Stefan, if your WP version is higher than 3.4 then you shouldn’t have problem with sanitize_hex_color_no_hash

But if it is higher and you have problem, try to deactivate some plugins and find out which one conflicts, if you find the plugin inform us .

    thank you

    I have the same problem.

    Hello @ramoncamposmx

Please if possible delete the plugin from cpanel, we will soon make new updates and inform you when it’s ready to be updated, while you may use the old version
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-maps/developers/

An update will become available during the next 24 hours. Please, make sure to update your plugin

Hi. I was able to solve the problem. At least for the moment. The problem was that I first updated the google maps plugin before the wordpress version. I was able to access the wordpress control panel of my site from my cellphone, update the wordpress, unplug the plugin and reinstall it, and it worked again. Thank you.

Thanks for letting us know about the fact that you have found solution. Let us know if you need something in the future and please , rate the plugin if you do enjoy it. Thank you!

Dear @ekoplanet, if your issue was also solved please could you pin this topic as resolved?

The topic is not resolved, but as I wrote in the reply before, I changed the PlugIn. Sorry

This is still not solved, not in 2.2.0 and neither in 2.2.1

Dear @nmicht, as described by ramoncamposmx please try to reintsall the plugin after update. For now we take all feedbacks and prepare a big update on the plugin which will solve this small issue.

    Thank you for understanding
