 * Hi.
 * I sent out a similar post 3 days ago and got one generic post. Only one. I replied
   and NO response. I NEED HELP.
 * I renamed my themes folder and renamed my plugins folder via FTP. The fix didn’t
   work… Still getting the same fatal error on my wp-login, my blog and can’t get
   into the admin.
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function: require_wp_db() in D:\hshome\pnegri\
   lifetimesolarenergy.com\blog\wp-settings.php on line 71
 * I also tried uploading the (clean) wp-settings.php file on my computer to my 
   server via FTP. ~Nothing…
 * NEED some detailed help… Please advise.

 * Hey should I completely remove the program from my server and start over? And
   if yes. Is there any recommended way in which I can save my current themes information
   so I don’t have to re-do it all over again? And finally, what is causing this
   problem so that I might prevent it in the future?
