Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header()

    Hello everyone,

    I’ve been looking for people with the same mistake I did, and found some, but no answer that solves the problem. I have a simple theme Worldpress I’m trying to run locally by xamp. In all the themes that I got … the error is always the same

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header () in C: \ xampp \ htdocs \ classic \ index.php on line 6

    If i go to the code of the index and put this line commented, the error will happear for the next function it found.

    My idea is that this get_header () is a function of worldpress, or something like that, because this function does not exist in any of the files i got.
    But as I recently started working with worldpress, I’m a bit lost and do not know very well what to do to resolve this issue.
