Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() (2 posts)

Alright, this was working before I upgraded. My site is functioning correctly, but now I am trying to build custom pages that will have inbedded information. This is mainly due to the fact that search engines don't like my session ID's, so I am trying to make static URL's.

Anyways, no matter where I place them it seems that I keep getting the same fatal error. I have tried moving the index.php around, to even more fatal errors. Any help would be much appreciated.

ps, I have really tried, and searched for an answer

    Thanks!

    - Call to undefined function could mean that your upgrade probably did not succeed.

Try manual update via FTP instead: http://codex.wordpress.org/Updating_WordPress#Manual_Update
