 * Following a server update I am getting the following error when trying to log
   into my dashboard:
 * > Add Custom Header Images requires a page titled The Headers with images and
   > WordPress v3.4 or greater.
   > Return to Plugins Page
   > Fatal error: Call to undefined function deactivate_plugins()
 * I have moved and renamed the offending plugin folder but I’m still getting the
   same error. What is the solution here?
 * Thanks

 * I should clarify, that I am getting this error when I visit /wp-admin on my site,
   I am not able to get a login prompt
