  • The new problem that i’m facing is this:

    I was fiddling around with the theme and I decided to place a favicon to the site. I uploaded it directly into the root folder using Filezilla and then on the site page appeared this string:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function untitled_get_featured_posts() in /home/exemplig/public_html/wp-content/themes/untitled/slider.php on line 5

    Unfortunately I wasn’t able to understand what caused it so I’m hoping someone might be able to help me.This is the

    I don’t think adding a favicon to your root folder is related to the error message you’re seeing – I’d bet the timing is a coincidence.

    Try activating your parent theme instead of the child theme. Does the problem go away? If so, it means the issue is somewhere in your child theme.

    Did you add any functions to your child theme’s functions.php file? If so, try removing them one by one to find the culprit.
