  • I just updated the theme and right after got a fatal error message, than i went and restored the theme and was able to log back into the dashboard and than was trying to activate the jetpack plugin and now i cant log into my site or the dashboard and im getting this following message:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function jetpack_is_mobile() in /home/content/49/8475149/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/custom-css/custom-css.php on line 17
    I found this line in the editor and this is what it says: define( ‘SAFECSS_USE_ACE’, ! jetpack_is_mobile() && ! Jetpack_User_Agent_Info::is_ipad() && apply_filters( ‘safecss_use_ace’, true ) );
    Not sure what is needed to be adjusted here.
    Please help, this is a business website and i need it uo and running. the site is
    i was also trying to update earlier to 3.8.1 so i think this is the wordpress version im using.

  • You can ftp into the site and delete the jetpack plugin which should allow you to login if it’s the plugin that is causing the issue. From there you can troubleshoot to see what the actual issue is.
