fatal error call to a member function query() on a non-object

    Hi I have a fatal error call to a member function query() on a non-object my site is http://socochamber.com/ and it is all white I am new at this. Also when I try and go into the dashboard the screen is completely blank to I do not know where to begin. I think the problem may have occurred when i tried to verify the account with google as a html tag.
