    Hello,

I get “There has been a critical error on your website.” when i hit 404 on the website. So I looked into the error_log and found that every time I hit 404 it logs following Fatal Error:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_flow_id() on null in /home/au8459b3xfm1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cartflows/classes/class-cartflows-frontend.php:415

I don’t have this issue on anywhere else on the site. Please, help.

    CartFlows version 1.5.16
    WordPress version 5.5
    Divi Theme version 4.6.0
    WooCommerce version 4.4.1

    Regards,
    Nitin Singh

    Hello @nitinkrsing

That’s strange, can you please let me know that both of the plugs of the CartFlows are updated to the latest version?

If not, then can you please update both the plugins to the latest version.

    I hope this helps you.

I am looking forward to hearing from you

    Hello @cartflows

    Thank you for the response.

I have only one plugin installed from CartFlows, and that’s updated to the latest version. Here is the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/u94bop

Please let me know if you need any other detail regarding the issue.

Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

It seems that a global variable is null and throwing error for calling its function. It is either conflict with other plugin or scenario-specific issue.

    – Deactivate all plugins temporarily to see if it’s caused by some plugin installed.
Also, please check if the problem persists if you temporarily switch to another theme.

    – If the problem is solved after the steps above, activate the original plugins and theme again one by one until the problem returns. This will help you identify what is causing it.

If the issue still persists, please open a support ticket from the plugin’s official website.

    I hope this helps you.
