    Hi,

my form works fine if no files are attached. But if i attach even one file and press send it just hangs with the spinning arrows. My host has assured that the zip extension in php is enabled and working but i get this in error log:

PHP Fatal error: Class ‘ZipArchive’ not found in /home/XXXX/public_html/wp-content/plugins/multiline-files-for-contact-form-7/multiline-files-upload-for-contact-form-7.php on line 536

    any ideas?

    Hi Agxer,

As error mentions its PHP’s fatal error. when plugin code is trying to use ZipArchive() function, its saying class is not found.
    Sometimes restarting web-servers are required.

Please go through all these answers and see if any one of it fixes it for you.

    Yes it is working now.

The PHP Zip extension was installed and working. The plugin says it requires PHP v5.2.4 or higher, and I was on PHP v5.4.4 so it should have worked?

So I upgraded to PHP v7 and now it works.
