• People using my contact form receive this error message when WP-PageNavi is activated.

“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 82 bytes) in /home5/johnhor1/public_html/wp-includes/cache.php on line 429”

I’m using the Contact Form 7 plugin. Deactivating WP-PageNavi solved the problem.

Is there any way to get them to coexist?

Did you try leaving PageNavi activated and disabling Contact Form 7?

Which versions of each plugin are you using?

    Thanks for your reply scribu,

I only get the error message when an email is sent via contact form – so I can’t really test without Contact Form. I tracked down the conflict by deactivating everything and reactivating each plugin one at a time.

I am using PageNavi Version 2.74 and Contact Form 7 Version 2.4.6

Since prospective (and sometimes current) clients use the form Contact Form 7 will win if I have to choose. The biggest problem is that emails DO go through but because of the error message, the sender thinks it hasn’t gone through. Some some people have sent me up to a dozen emails, thinking it’s not sending. It ends up being a big headache for everyone.
