 * Not sure what is causing this. I have this plugin on a few site and so far this
   is the only one that died. I’ve turned it off for now.

 * Sorry to hear about your issue.
 * From what you’ve described Gravity PDF hasn’t been installed correctly and is
   missing files. Can you uninstall the software and try reinstall it?

 * Sounds like it. I did a quick check but for now I deactivated the plugin. I’ll
   see if the client wants me to troubleshoot further. They aren’t on a maintenance
   plan. I’ll let you know.

 * I had this same issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled as Jake suggested and it
   now works properly.
