 * Hello,
 * I have tried updating plugins in my website and now I can’t access and getting
   this error:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare eemail_has_app() (previously declared
   in /home/content/g/r/a/gramweb/html/xturp/wp-content/plugins/email-newsletter/
   email-newsletter.php:184) in /home/content/g/r/a/gramweb/html/xturp/wp-content/
   plugins/simple-contact-form/simple-contact-form.php on line 183
 * I think I have updated wordpress last 1-2 week, and not sure what is the version
   at that time!

 * Looks like the two plugins have functions with the same name and are therefore
   presently incompatible with each other. A quick fix would be to disable Simple
   Contact Form or Email Newsletter and then replace the plugin’s functionality
   with a similar one. Maybe you could contact the authors of each plugin to see
   if they’d change the function name.

 * The problem is I can’t access the admin page to do the changes!
 * is there a way to disable any plugin from database or code side?
 * Thank you

 * Visit your site via FTP or SSH and rename one of the two plugins’ directories.
   Alternatively you could do it through your hosting panel’s file manager.
