 * Hello i update your plugin from version 2.11.0 to 4.2.3 and now have wordpress
   fatal error:

 * That’s weird, I never saw that one before.
 * Could it be that you have another plugin installed that also uses the Maxmind
   Libraries? Did you see a notice about it?
 * But of course, he shouldn’t throw a fatal error because of this. I have released
   a beta version for now, can you try it?
