We are sorry to hear that you are seeing a fatal error after updating the Yoast SEO plugin to the latest version v15.1. We understand how that could be frustrated for you. Let’s see what’s going on here.

Can you please confirm whether you are running the latest version of WordPress v5.5.1?

In addition, can you please confirm whether your server meets the Yoast SEO plugin requirements? You can find all the requirements here https://yoast.com/help/plugin-requirements/. The most important part will be the cURL version and not have the SSLv3.

We look forward to hearing from you.

hi team iam newbie to VPS, how to check cURL version and SSLv3?

I am also experiencing this, but only on one site. I have 3 different sites running this using the same template and set of other plugins. They are all on the same server as well.

backend works fine, but I do see This error in the ID column of the pages list: WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘blog_id’ in ‘field list’]
INSERT INTO DBPREFIX_yoast_indexable. And this in the ID column of the Posts list: WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘blog_id’ in ‘field list’]
    INSERT INTO DBPREFIX_yoast_primary_term

In the 2 sites that are working, the database shows a blog_id column. On the the site that is not working I have no data in the yoast_indexable, yoast_indexable_heirarchy, yoast_primary_term tables and they do not have that column.

I have exactly the same problem the blog_id column not exist on yoast_indexable
