Hi, I need to edit the site. However as soon as I add the username and password at the login screen I am presented with a blank screen with the following wording at the top:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 12288 bytes) in /home/vending2015/public_html/wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 121

and cannot go any further. I have tried on 2 different machines but get the same message.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • It seems like a plugin may have a problem in that’s causing continual load and stress on the server when the page is requested. I’d suggest deactivating all of your plugins and turn them on one by one to see what is causing it. It seems to me it’s something relating to your theme or a plugin that performs a function on the front-end (not in the dashboard).

thanks for replying but I can’t get into the dashboard to edit/deactivate anything. After login all i get is a white screen with the error message

If you have FTP access, you can temporarily rename the wp-content/plugins folder to something like wp-content/plugins-disabled. You can also contact your host and they can probably do that for you.
