Before installing the new plugin, I updated all of my old plugins as well as WordPress to the latest version. I then installed WooCommerce DYMO Print from a zip file. I received a successful install message, but when I clicked on the activation link, I received the following error message:

Fatal error: Class ‘WooThemes_Plugin_Updater’ not found in /home/musecon/public_html/easy-macro.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-export-csv/woocommerce-export-csv.php on line 37

I now cannot access my admin panel at all. Any known fixes?

  • You’ll need to access your site using FTP (or other file manager like Cpanel) and delete that plugin. You can find it here:

    wp-content
        plugins
woocommerce-export-csv (DELETE or RENAME this folder)

Thank you WPyogi. Worked like a charm.

I’m having this same issue, but what do you do once you’ve removed the plugin folder? I’m trying to install WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing, and my Notifications Pro plugin is issuing the “Updater not found” message.

This isn’t making sense to me.

I have the same issue as casefriday. I want to install Dynamic Pricing but I get a fatal error upon activation.
