# Fatal Error after Installing a Theme

 * After installing the plugins for a new theme, the site came back with a fatal
   error. I did some research, and I believe plugins that were installed before 
   are conflicting with the new ones. I also found that I need an FTP in order to
   disable the plugins without using the WordPress dashboard. I used FileZilla, 
   but after connecting there is only a folder with a “/” as the title in the remote
   site.
 * All I want to do is disable the plugins that were there before so that I can 
   enable the ones necessary for the new theme.

 * *Sounds like you are trying to access your files in your webhosting account via
   FileZilla and not finding the information you are expecting.
 * *Contact your webhosting support team to confirm FTP details to access your files
   via FileZilla. (is your webhosting Bluehost?)

   were able to deactivate the plugins through Bluehost:
