Here is the list of modules that have updates that needs to be applied:
It is recommended that you backup your database before applying updates.

I clicked on the Apply Updates button, and got this:

These updates must be applied using the command line interface (CLI). Run '/path/to/php cli.php cmd=update' from your server's command shell to apply these updates. For more information on updating see the install/update page on the wiki.

I ran the command from SSH and got this:

    [ian@alpha owa]$ php cli.php cmd=update
    Mar 22 16:01:42 22404 [notice] Applying Update 3 (owa_base_003_update)
Mar 22 16:01:42 22404 [notice] Pre Update Proceadure Suceeded
PHP Fatal error: Class 'owa_db_' not found in /var/www/vhosts/[redacted]/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/owa/owa_coreAPI.php on line 97
