# fatal error – admin referer?

 * I just came across this error when I tried to change something in the options:
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function: check_admin_referer() in /home/precious/
   public_html/wp-admin/options.php on line 32
 * what does that mean?

 * Just by going to the admin area, then options. I made the changes I wanted to
   make and hit “update options” and I got this error.

 * I can’t seem to be able to do any of the admin stuff. I can’t even deactivate
   the plugins to upgrade.
 * Help, anyone?
