Fatal Error Actualización WordPress 6.3.1

    Hola! Estoy intentando actualizar el wordpress de mi web a la versión 6.3.1 (desde la 5.8.7) y me aparece un mensaje de error fatal que me obliga a restaurar la copia de seguridad de nuevo con la versión antigua. He probado actualizando los plugin previamente y sigue danto el error. También he desactivado los plugin previamente y el error se sigue produciendo al intentar actualizar worpress. Agradecería cualquier ayuda sobre este asunto.

    What is the exact error? Also take a look at the error log of your hosting (their support can help you find it).

    Me aparecen estos mensajes:

    Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 305135616) (tried to allocate 4096 bytes) in /homepages/32/d847613260/htdocs/web/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4276

    Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 305135616) (tried to allocate 40960 bytes) in /homepages/32/d847613260/htdocs/web/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 177

    Además, me saca del menú de wordpress de la web y me obliga a llamar a la empresa de hosting para restaurar la copia de seguridad.
