 * i use WP 4.1.1 and your plugin version 2.0.1. I installed the plugin automatically.
   When i try to activate the plugin i get a fatal error:
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in …/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-
   pdf-invoices/admin/classes/woocommerce-pdf-invoices.php on line 307
 * Any suggestions?

 * You or using PHP older then 5.4. I can strongly advice you to update. If this
   isn’t possible, change `$arr = []` to `$arr = array()` on line 307.

 * Try 2.0.2. This time I’ve scanned the whole plugin. It should be 5.3+ compatible.

 * Bas,
 * ik heb de update gedownload, nu kan ik hem activeren, maar denk dat deze conflict
   met een andere plugin, want ik krijg geen instellingen menu, en als ik op create
   pdf klik, krijg ik white screen. Zijn er plugins bekend waarmee het zou kunnen
   conflicten?

 * Nee is nog niet opgelost. Ga vanavond even testen door alle plugins te deactiveren
   en kijkien of het dan werkt.
