I was getting a critical error on my website. Had to disable WooCommerce in order to get it back up. I have the latest version of WooCommerce installed. And yes, Jetpack is installed as well.

Now, when I try to activate WooCommerce, this is the error I’m getting:

    Error logs:
[14-Jan-2023 01:43:04 UTC] PHP Warning: require(/home/leahcutt/public_html/knottedroadpress/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/src/Internal/DependencyManagement/ExtendedContainer.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/leahcutt/public_html/knottedroadpress/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/vendor/jetpack-autoloader/class-php-autoloader.php on line 90

  • Hi @lrcutter

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you are receiving the error message above when activating the WooCommerce plugin.

I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Thanks!

Hi – thank you for reaching out! I finally found the solution to my answer, narrowed my search to get a good result. Turns out there was a hiccup while WooCommernce was installing. I needed to delete the plugin and reinstall it. Voila!

Thank you again for reaching out.
