"fatal error" activating the plugin

Hello
I’m getting a “fatal error” activating the plugin with my template, does not have errors with the default one.
My template name is “Black Label” purchased on themeforest. As you can see here: http://support.eneaa.com/forums/topic/blacklabel-conflict-with-easy-media-gallery-plugin/#post-8901
I already contacted the template’s author, but he (and me) isn’t able to understand what’s going on.
There is a way you could help me to understand what’s the problem at least?
