Fatal Error activating plugin

    Hi

    I have Woocommerce 3.04 installed.

    When I attempt to activate OpenTickets, I get the following message:

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error

    Any idea please?

    I’m getting this error in debug:

    [21-Apr-2017 09:40:52 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 12288 bytes) in /home/mysite/public_html/wp-content/plugins/opentickets-community-edition/inc/sys/admin-menu.class.php on line 388

    I’ve tried increaseing php memory limit to 1024mb but it’s still happening

    @braderz31 WE’ve not seen that error, but very likely your host. Probably either a disk allocation being full, or something that is not php related.

    Who is your host? If you are on a low cost shared server, like bluehost or something, then likely you are hitting some hosting limit due to the combination of WC and OT.

    If you aren’t on a low cost host, then likely a simple configuration.

    CHeck the WooCommerce – System status. That might help to see if you are having like a wordpress memory issue, or some other setting.

    Barring WC issues, then perhaps the host.
