During a routine update of SlideDeck I accidentally clicked something else. It kicked me out and I can’t get into my login page to fix anything and this

[[Fatal error: Access to undeclared static property: SlideDeckPlugin::$st_namespace in /home4/imellif/public_html/wp-content/plugins/slidedeck2-developer/slidedeck2-tier30.php on line 50]]

is the message I’m getting. I am at a complete loss of what to do since it won’t even let me back into my admin dashboard.

You should be able to deactivate that plugin using FTP or Cpanel to access the files on your server – find it here:

    wp-content
        plugins
slidedeck2 - RENAME or DELETE THIS FOLDER

For additional help with that plugin, please use the plugin’s own forum here:

    http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/slidedeck2

has this issue been resolved? same thing just happened to me and i also don’t know what to do.

WPyogi im not a tech savvy person and i don’t understand how to do what you have suggested. any way you could simplify. i tried the plugin’s forum but didn’t find anything. i know what you suggested was she access the files on the server but i don’t know how to do that.

This was the message that I see when trying to access my site.

Fatal error: Access to undeclared static property: SlideDeckPlugin::$st_namespace in /home2/rosie86/public_html/wp-content/plugins/slidedeck2-developer/slidedeck2-tier30.php on line 50

Hi Adam, generally you should start a new thread, but here’s the info you’ll need. Looks like you are on HostGator – so use this to set up FTP access to your site files on the server:

    http://support.hostgator.com/articles/ftp-getting-started

You’ll need to get your FTP info from HostGator – as that’s not part of WP.

Once you get that set up, find the plugins folder as I posted above and delete that plugin.

Thank you! Problem solved and am extremely grateful!

    Awesome 🙂 You’re welcome too!
