Fatal Error enabling Register Plus Redux

    I’m in the process of moving a wordpress site to a new domain, and when I try to activate Register Plus Redux, I get this error: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘{‘ in /home/atgncom/public_html/wp-content/plugins/register-plus-redux/rpr-login.php on line 1.

    I tried disabling all the other plugins before trying enabling Register Plus Redux, but still get the same error. The only difference between the new site and the old is the new site is running WordPress version 3.7, everything else is the same, same hardware, same versions of PHP, MySQL etc.

    Any ideas?
