    I’m sorry your having trouble. However, your note is lacking any information to help me help you resolve the problem.

    Could you please tell me exactly what the fatal error was?

    Were you upgrading?

    Which versions of WordPress and Testimonials Widget are you using?

    Are your web server permissions correct?

    The more information the better to help figure out problems is required.
