Customer Care at Copyblogger Media and Studiopress

Download the zip file and upload the files using ftp.

I also have a fatal-error and tried Andreas solution but without success.
    Here is the error-message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function metadata_exists() in /mnt/web2/d0/82/52390182/htdocs/WordPress_02/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/classes.php on line 71

    Any idea what to do?

    Thanks for the help,

    Best, Antomi

    Clayton James

You might try using an ftp client or the file manager in your hosts control panel to rename or remove the contact-form-7 plugin directory. That might shake things loose for you.

    Hi James,
thanks for the advice, but still the same error message.
Renamed it, loaded it via FTP, via WP, nothing helps.

I guess something is wrong with “classes.php on line 71”. But I’m not a programmer and don’t understand the script.

    Help is urgently welcome.

since I still had the same problem with contact-form-7 I use now at least for me better and working one:
    Fast Secure Contact Form

The best what I have seen.
