 * Hi [@richards1052](https://wordpress.org/support/users/richards1052/)
 * Thanks for providing the error details. We’ve discussed this further with our
   development team, and it looks like the error may have occurred during the automatic
   update of Metricool.
   Could you please check WordPress → Plugins → Installed Plugins
   and let us know which version of Metricool is currently installed?
    - If it already shows 2.1.1, just let us know.
    - If it still shows 2.1.0, could you please update Metricool manually from that
      Plugins page using the **Update now** button and let us know if the update
      completes successfully? This will help us determine whether the issue was
      specific to the automatic update process.

 * v. 2.1.1
 * I have it set to autoupdate. Should I disable that & update manually? Can I reactivate
   the plugin now?

 * Hi [@richards1052](https://wordpress.org/support/users/richards1052/),
 * My apologies for the late reply. I’ve been discussing this internally with our
   development team, and they need some more time to investigate the issue before
   we can safely advise you to reactivate the plugin.
 * For now, I would recommend **keeping the plugin deactivated** and leaving the
   update settings as they are. Our development team is actively looking into this,
   and we’ll provide further instructions once we know more.
 * Sorry again for the delay, and thank you for your patience while we investigate
   this further.
 * Kind regards, Mark
