  • W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove //Hermes/waloraweb094/b910/moo.vitalityspringorg/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.

I got the previous error accessing the Admin page after deleting the W3 Total Cache plugin for causing problems with version 3.41 (not tested). Now I cannot disable the plugins to resolve the problem and I do not have access to //Hermes………. Any suggestions?

Can you post your site URL?

    Site URL is

It is not on the web as of this writing but could be displayed at any time. 5 days since Domain registration and transfer to the server. Still not up yet.

You should remove the W3TC rules in your .htaccess file and paste the errors from your web server error log here so we can look.

I got this error after add facebook plugin:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_http_supports() in /homepages/6/d425194013/htdocs/app425194030/wp-content/plugins/facebook/fb-core.php on line 33

I can’t do anything in my dashbord.:((((((

    You should set cache control.

I got this error after add facebook plugin

If the error is caused by the Facebook plugin, did you try to remove the plugin using FTP or hosting control panel to see if your site returns to normal? I find that your site also returns internal server error. So, it would be better to contact your host for support, because your host’s settings or disabling the site for some reason can also cause such errors.

    Makes sense @krishna.
