# Fatal Error

 * Got an email that my website was experiencing a “technical issue” and found that
   it was completely inaccessible. I regained access and am slowing reactivating
   plugins. It will not let me activate RTMKit Addons for Elementor due to a “fatal
   error”. I can also not activate **RTMForm Builder for Elementor** until RTMKit
   Addons is activated. Website went down the day of the most recent update. I tried
   regenerating the CSS but that did not help.

 * The “fatal error” you experienced was caused by our latest plugin not supporting**
   PHP 7.4** after WordPress announced performance and security issues with it. 
   To continue using **RTMKit version 1.6.2 and PRO version 1.0.5**, please update
   your **hosting**, typically through _cPanel, Plesk, or another hosting panel_,
   or by contacting your hosting support directly to **PHP 8.2** or later for proper
   and secure functionality, as recommended by WordPress. You can contact your hosting
   support team for assistance with this upgrade.
