I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to follow up on a bug report that we submitted to you more than a week ago. We have not heard back from you and I was wondering if you have had the time to look into the issue and provide a fix.
The bug is causing a fatal error on the product page on the back end, which is preventing us from using the latest version of the plugin. As a result, we have had to downgrade to an earlier version of the plugin in order to avoid this issue.
I understand that you may be busy and that fixing bugs can be time-consuming, but I wanted to emphasize the importance of resolving this issue as it is affecting our ability to use the latest version of the plugin.
If you could please provide an update on the status of the bug report and let us know when we can expect a fix, we would greatly appreciate it.

Rolling back to version 1.8.4 resolved it.
