 * Trying to activate a Facebook plugin and instead got the following response that
   is shutting down my dashboard:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined method stdClass::
   add_help_tab() in /nfs/c09/h01/mnt/129172/domains/parrottpost.com/html/wp-content/
   plugins/facebook-awd/AWD_facebook.php on line 482
 * Any help? I’m not even a year into our graphene-themed website and not sure of
   the basics and how to change configurations.

 * [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients) into your site (or use whatever
   file management application your host provides) & delete the wp-content/plugins/
   facebook-awd folder.
