Hi, I recently installed Woocommerce on my website and I keep receiving an email stating that there is an issue with this plugin. I have talked with my hosting provider’s support agents and unfortunately they were not able to help. Could you please assist me in solving this issue? Thank you very much!

Sorry to hear about that fatal error on your site. I’d suggest following these steps:
1. Make a full backup of your site and database first.
2. Access your site via FTP and delete thewoocommercedirectory underwp-content > plugins.
3. Download WooCommerce from this URL and upload the woocommerce folder via FTP towp-content > plugins.
4. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and click on ‘Update database’.Let us know how that goes.

Thanks for sending over your WooCommerce logs.
Can you please update all plugins including WooCommerce to their latest versions? If you still get the error after the update please share your System Status report. You can find that by going to WooCommerce > Status in your dashboard, then clicking “Get system report,” then “Copy for support.”

Thanks for sending over your System Status.
The error states that the class
WC_Plugins_Screen_Updatesis already in use. Therefore, it seems that something else has already made use of that class name which sounds very much like a conflict.I would check for conflict as described here:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
I’d also suggest installing a plugin called Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it allows you to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.

I did what you suggested and installed the Health Check plugin and activated the maintenance mode. I have also deactivated all plugins except Woocommerce and am still receiving this error log on a daily basis:

From what I can see there seems to be a conflict with the JNews Paywall plugin. It could be that the caching is causing trouble. I would recommend reaching out to the plugin forum here for assistance: https://support.jegtheme.com/forums/topic/jnews-paywall-plugin/
