Fatal error

Hi,

Wordpress has advised that they have detected a fatal error with the Flexible Shipping plugin.

Our hosting company advised they have found the error but they’re not sure what it’s affecting. We haven’t noticed any issues as of yet but the error message is below:

Any ideas on how to resolve it before it causes an issue?
