# fatal error

 * i was trying to install the above plugin, that’s when it crashed. now i am not
   able to start wordpress again. what should i do?

 * Navigate to C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\ and remove the ‘wp-
   e-commerce-cross-sales’ folder. That should correct the error issue stopping 
   you from running your local WordPress installation.
 * Also, it appears you are calling that plugin twice, this is most likely the best
   place to look for why you are having the problem.

 * You’re welcome. Any time you see an error message that contains the plugin path,
   one of the easiest methods to remove the issue is to simply navigate to that 
   particular plugin and remove it.
