  • Hi @anish02tiwari,

Thanks for writing to us about our plugin! I’m sorry to hear that the plugin isn’t working as expected. I am happy to help out here. 🙂

As a first step, would you please try re-installing the plugin to see if that addresses the issue? Not to worry, you won’t lose any of the settings by doing so.

    Thanks,
    Tamara 🙂

I have reinstalled the plugin. No problem as such now. But I would like to tell that I have reinstalled two or three times in the past but the error came back again. Let us see if it happens this time or not. Thanks!

    Hey @anish02tiwari,

Thanks for letting us know, that’s great to hear! We’ve heard of similar issues in the past that didn’t seem to cause any issues with the actual running of the plugin, though I totally understand wanting to check out these fatal errors. Our developers took a look, and it seemed to be due to some odd loading order of the classes reporting it wasn’t available when in fact it was.

I had thought they had implemented some changes to try and avoid this happening, so I am sorry you still saw it again here. If it happens again in the future now you’re on our latest version, could you let me know?

    Cheers!

    Simon.

    Sure.

    Awesome, thanks @anish02tiwari!

Let me close this off for the time being then. Any other issues, please don’t hesitate to let us know!

    Cheers,

    Simon.
