I receive this message when I try to login to my account. It occurred after I installed a plugin. Is there any way to fix the error?

  • Hi @edozier,

There are multiple reasons why Jetpack may crash. Usually, this happens due to an interrupted plugin update or due to a conflict with another plugin.

First, I would advise you to disable the Jetpack plugin using any of alterantive methods as described here.

Once you are back in the WordPress Dashboard, try to re-install the fresh version of the Jetpack.

Thank you Igor Radovanov for responding to my question. The issue has been resolved.
