    I had the free version, then upgraded to paid. Now when trying to get files out, I’m getting this error (I removed the links just in case). Anyone know how to resolve?

    An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 71 of the file <URL>

    I have noticed that our SSIDs don’t match. Could that be reason for the error?

    Please try the latest release of Aspose DOC Exporter Plugin. It is free with unlimited access to aspose.cloud API for export, along with many other improvements.

    However, if you still face the issue, then please share your sample post as html and following details. We will investigate it and will guide you.
